The OpportunityWhat you'll get to doMedia Campaign Management & Contact with Media Stakeholders
• Ensure a cohesive local advertising message for the Puig brands portfolio in line with media guidelines and key business goals.
• Implement Puig media campaigns assuring the most efficient media mix and visibility levels according to the defined media strategy/brand objectives.
• Brand media assets management in line with the brand guidelines and considering local specific needs & ad hoc integrations.
• Build long-term relationships with media stakeholders to promote our brand and develop strong partnerships ensuring the best deals.
• Establish collaborative relationships with EMEA and Global Internal stakeholders to share local best practices and advocate for local empowerment, by building trust.
Media Agency Partnership
• Coordinate the Media Agency for the campaign set ups and challenge them on improving KPIs.
• Challenge them to work on innovation and wow initiatives to increase local relevance and generate impact on consumers.
• Control the media budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and the correct investments accounting (Purchase Orders and Invoicing cycle).
Media monitor and follow up
• Review target KPI's and campaign strategies according to audiences and channels evolutions/trends.
• Closely monitor ad campaigns on all media placements using corporate tools.
• Suggest and initiate alternatives plans to improve/correct ongoing campaigns, optimizing performances.
• Regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs) and manage analysis to be shared with our global stakeholders.
• Contributing to the roll-out of MMM & Auditing studies & International Brand Insights projects.
• Strategic competition analysis especially on digital considering the automatic under-tracking.
Digital marketing
• Coordination of all brand website localizations.
• Speed up the glocal CRM strategy in full synergy with the brands (specific focus on niche portfolio).

• Education: Maesters Degree or equivalent
• Languages: English and Italian are a must

• Efficient knowledge in the use of Excel and PowerPoint tools
