We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support sales initiatives. Tasks & Responsibilities Campaign Management:Plan and develop seasonal marketing campaigns following the overall brand strategyExecution and operative responsibility for international marketing campaignsPlanning and coordinating of national marketing activities in main and emerging markets in cooperation with local colleagues and in alignment with the international brand objectivesMonitor and analyze the campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize effectivenessProduct Marketing:Create compelling product messaging and positioning for Wild Country's climbing gear and equipmentDevelop marketing materials, including workbooks, lookbooks, and digital assetsWork closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefitsOversee Wild Country's social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagementDevelop innovative strategies to grow our social media following and increase brand awarenessManage relationships with sponsored athletes and ambassadorsCollaborate with athletes to create engaging content and storytelling opportunitiesCommunication & PR:Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and press relations.Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials.Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.International Business Support:Support online business initiatives, including e-commerce marketing and digital advertising.Work closely with the international sales teams to develop trade marketing activities and support materials for international wholesale partners.Collaborate with our retail partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and promotions. Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
