SEE Marketing Manager (Italy, Iberica & Export), reporting to Products Director Fluid Solutions Europe, responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Fluid Solutions SEE marketing strategies, Operational Marketing Plans, marketing communications, product launches and public relations activities, both external and internal, including support materials and services.
Builds and directs the efforts of the Fluid Solutions SEE marketing activities and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of Fluid Solutions in SEE ensuring its effective operation.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of the Fluid Solutions SEE Brand strategy.
- Development of the marketing strategy for the Fluid Solutions SEE, including new and existing products, sales & marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Development and execution of the Fluid Solutions SEE business Operational Marketing Plans
- Working closely with the Fluid Solutions SEE Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Development, standardization and content management of Fluid Solutions SEE WEB sites
- Work closely with Fluid Solutions R&D, Product Line Leader and Product Management teams for new product launch plans and to define supporting marketing materials and programs.
- Building and directing the day to day activities of the Fluid Solutions SEE marketing team.
- Undertaking and using market and competitor analysis (eg BSRIA, Construction Trends, Competitor Analysis )
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Developing, driving and implementingchannel marketing activity for selected groups of channel partners in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
- Undertaking and embedding VoC feedback into the Fluid Solutions business
- Supporting the annual Strategic Planning Process for the Fluid Solutions Business
- Securing and managing the company's marketing budget.
