As our new Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact in the Marketing team. Our Marketing team is based in Aarhus and Copenhagen in Denmark and you'll be our first Marketing colleague based in Milan, where you'll work closely with the Country Manager in our Milan office.

Your responsibilities include:
Develop a Marketing and Communication strategy and plan for the Italian market, based on the global guidelines and the Sales targets. Organize physical and virtual events along with finding and attending events aligned with the overall brand activation strategy and event goals. Manage collaborations with associations and Partners that are aligned with the overall brand activation strategy. Develop e-mail marketing campaigns linked to events, new publications, blog articles, commercial promotions while managing database and mailing list. Production/translation/localization of marketing, communication and sales enablement materials (i.e brochures, flyers, case studies, white papers, power-point presentations and other multimedia materials; newsletters, press releases, posts for social media, blog articles; corporate and product presentations, online platforms for sharing content). Assist in the activation of larger global campaigns and initiatives. Reporting activities. Qualifications and about you At least 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing position in a B2B company. Experience in working within Marketing supporting a Sales organization. Masters degree within Business Administration, Marketing or similar. An innovative, responsible and proactive mindset. Able to work 40 hours a week at our Milan office.
