Job DescriptionZendesk's award-Confidenziale Marketing team is looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on field marketing manager with previous experience to own go-to-market for Italy, and help drive our marketing efforts this role, you will help establish the goals and the strategy to push our marketing in Italy to the level, and work closely with the regional leadersou'll support our in-country demand generation execution, drive customer acquisition, expansion and adoptionhis role reports directly to the Marketing Director South EMEA and is based in Italy, in the UK or remotelyf you want to be part of a high-growth business, passionate about building creative and data-driven motions that engage prospects and delight customers, this role is for you !Roles and responsibilities:
Implement the field marketing strategy within budgetary guidelines and co-own the in-country pipeline and lead numbersou'll partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring your execution to life, continue our high-growth trajectory and help them surpass their bookings targetsPlan and carry out a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives:
out-of-the-box campaigns, account-based marketing, inbound and outbound digital activities, demand generation, events, and content creationTest and optimize new programs and channelsontinuously measure value and scale our efforts to drive new businessDrive delivery of key execution plans, assets, and marketing programs working with various teams including Regional Marketing Commercial & Enterprise, Growth, Analytics, Engagement Marketing, Communications/PR, CreativeSupervise,assess and report on in-country and provide direction and guidance based on analysis of resultsesent to, and engage with, sales team on a regular basisProficiency Preferred:
