**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for recommending a clear and differentiating brands positioning, setting the consumer and professional target consistent with the global overall strategy.
- Manage key brands proposition, product and local channel strategies to effectively reach and connect with professional (architects, engineers, building influencers) and consumer targets.
- Develop, implement and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the multi-brand market presence, followed by proper online and offline activation.
- Create and manage a Marketing Calendar based on product launches, initiatives and network strategies.
- Cooperate effectively with Sales and PreSales Teams on brand engagement initiatives.
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Work with SU Director and Finance Manager to set annual brand planning process & marketing Budget.
- Work collaboratively with Central R&D and Innovation to lead development of and recommend a category innovation strategy, including role of sustaining and breakthrough innovation, new categories, and new market spaces.
- Identify gaps in marketplace understanding and analyses to fill these gaps.
- Build comprehensive Pricing recommendations and propose efficient commercial plans to achieve desired P&L outcomes.
- Manage pricing audits to evaluate opportunities to extract maximum value from the market.
- Lead team to develop multi lane innovation propositions and use experience and market knowledge to prioritize ideas.

**Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent.
- 10+ years of equivalent marketing and communication experience.
- 30% travel required.
- Has worked on a global business environment with direct responsibility on local market units.
- Experience working closely with/managing Suppliers and Customers.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
