Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our strategies for the Italian market.
Based in Milan and in close contact with the Paris headquarters, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and evaluating the marketing plan for the Italian market.
Your goal will be to optimize commercial results and brand awareness while ensuring and promoting the brand's image and values.
Key Responsibilities: Define the omnichannel marketing and communication plan based on business objectives, consumer needs, and local trends;Design, coordinate, and oversee a localized marketing and commercial plan aligned with the local commercial calendar, balancing central and local dimensions. Supervise briefs and alignments, lead campaigns, and translate reports into action plans;Ensure timely delivery of campaigns;Define, negotiate, and coordinate collaborations/partnerships and image campaigns tailored to the country's specifics;Design, propose, and coordinate local events in collaboration with involved departments;Define an effective social media strategy;Act as the brand spokesperson and manage media relations, coordinating with the PR team;Support internal communication in collaboration with the headquarters Communication team;Coordinate the Marketing Italy team based in Paris (2 people) and freelancers;Manage the assigned budget. Profile: Master's degree in Marketing or Communication;Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic and operational omnichannel marketing, preferably in the retail sector;Knowledge of the French language at level B1/B2 (minimum);Excellent knowledge of the Italian market and local consumers;Interest in the home furnishings and decoration sector;Solid experience in managing business and image KPIs;Experience in managing a small team;Creative, business-oriented, results-driven, capable of working independently with rigor and proactivity, with analytical skills;Willingness to travel frequently (1-2 times a month to France);Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments at the Paris headquarters (Communication, Image, Central Operational Marketing, Acquisition, CRM, E-merchandising, Merchandising, etc.), as well as with the local team reporting to our Country Manager;Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
