Our client is a Multinational company that operates in the production of innovative products in the third-party cosmetics sector.
The Marketing Manager reports to the GM and coordinates the R&D, Marketing, and Project Management functions, overseeing a total of approximately 20 people.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost product and brand awareness and drive sales in the cosmetics sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and influencer partnerships.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across all marketing channels.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail.
Professional knowledge of Italian and English. Spanish is a plus.
