Marketing Manager - Associate Job Description
At Packly, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. In this role, you will support the senior marketing manager in planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns. You'll also oversee the day-by-day activity of the local marketing team.
Objectives of this role
Collect data, analyze it and measure progress against the goals extracting key insight. Conduct market research and analysis in order to identify customer segments and preferences. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales team and agencies. Work with the local team to perform the daily duties. Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager in defining marketing strategies and implementing multichannel advertising campaigns across the used platforms. Evaluate performances of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (metrics and KPIs). Partner with sales and customer care teams to gather customer and market insights to shape outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Manage cross-functional collaborations, cooperating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Support the Marketing Manager in leading and inspiring the marketing team. Required skills and qualifications
Master's degree in marketing, business or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience in advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Experience with digital analytics and the most commonly used tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar etc.). Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, Mailjet etc.). Project management and multitasking skills. Strong data driven mindset to drive decision making. Creativity and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Preferred skills and qualifications
Previous experience in leading a team. Digital marketing certifications. Passionate about growth hacking approach. Experience in offline marketing. Knowledge and experience with graphic design tools (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro, Canva etc.). Nice to have
