In this role, you will support the senior marketing manager in planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
You'll also oversee the day-by-day activity of the local marketing team.Objectives of this roleCollect data, analyze it and measure progress against the goals extracting key insight.Conduct market research and analysis in order to identify customer segments and preferences.Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaborationCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales team and agencies.Work with the local team to perform the daily duties.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Manager in defining marketing strategies and implementing multichannel advertising campaigns across the used platformsEvaluate performances of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (metrics and KPIs).Partner with sales and customer care teams to gather customer and market insights to shape outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leadsManage cross-functional collaborations, cooperating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Support the Marketing Manager in leading and inspiring the marketing team Required skills and qualificationsMaster's degree in marketing, business or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Experience in advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Experience with digital analytics and the most commonly used tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar etc.
