The position requires experience in all aspects of the marketing mix with a luxury brand of a dynamic international hotel, understanding of Restaurant & Bar Marketing and operational knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the execution of content creation as well as the briefing to creative agencies ensuring delivery in adherence with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
Drive the positioning and activation of the F&B outlets on the local market.
Develop & implement local marketing activities aiming to engage with locals and increase capture ratio from in-house guests.
Act as a Brand Champion with the hotel teams.
Together with the Sales team, drive brand activation.
Support sales team with the creation of marketing collateral and tactical promotions.
Ensure full compliance with all Marriott International standards & programs.
Champion the Social Media strategy in collaboration with Digital Field Marketing.
Constantly monitor and update competitive research analysis.
Assist with all local promotional activities that support the needs of the hotel and restaurants/bars.
Use and interpret all reports necessary for sound marketing recommendations.
Maintain close communication with their respective Convention Bureaus and Tourism Offices.
Implement a strategic marketing plan for the property.
Provide creative and unique tools for all sales channels.
Act as a link between corporate and the individual property.
Assist the property with materials, monitoring/analysis and compiling presentations to owners.
Maintain detailed files and records on all matters relating to the property's marketing materials.
Collaborate with content creators to develop content with the voice of the brand.
Work with Director of Marketing to manage marketing budget throughout the year.
Track return on investment (ROI) of all marketing initiatives.
Support Director of Marketing in developing strategic marketing plan for property.
Connect with local and national PR teams as necessary.
Requirements Must be eligible to work in the EU Must be able to speak, read, write and understand Italian and English at native level.
