**MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**Role and Responsibilities**
The person in this role is responsible for establishing the brand's value proposition and executing brand and communication activities in the market.
He/she will actively contribute to building the brand's image and awareness, expanding the community, and increasing brand equity.
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer who can provide innovative ideas to the business and deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives.
This person will be hands-on in managing brand activation campaigns, in line with the company's priorities and communication budget.
He/she will grow the brand's reach and engagement by managing communication materials and ensuring seamless brand implementation and visual identity execution across all touchpoints, both online (such as the branded website, social media, newsletters, etc.)
and offline (such as advertising, PR, trade shows, point-of-sale, catalogues, brochures, etc.
).
Additionally, he/she will work closely with the sales team to execute relevant communication initiatives that support their initiatives and coordinate with external agencies.
**Our requirements**:
- **Consolidated experience of at least 5 years in Marketing and Communications in international companies**:
- Degree in business communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields;
- Expertise in using the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge and understanding of Social Media tools and metrics and digital channels;
- Expertise in designing online and offline strategies to build brand awareness and in developing full funnel customer acquisition and community-building initiatives;
- Excellent level of English, comprehension - writing - communication.

- International experience and proved track record in growing a brand's community;
- Expertise in designing strategies to build brand awareness and in developing full funnel customer acquisition and community-building initiatives;
- Hands-on experience managing a wide variety of on line and off line marketing channels;
