MDOTM is looking for an outstanding Marketer with a strong business orientation, creativity, and communication skills.
You will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Create and manage high quality content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities & customer needs and shape the marketing strategyPlan, coordinate, & execute industry events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences and manage event logistics, including vendor relations, budgets, and on-site executionDevelop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospectsManage and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM systemsTrack, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiativesEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materialsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or finance industry and/or SaaS platformsExperience in event management and organizationStrong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketingKnowledge of digital marketing softwareProficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platformsClear and effective communication, analysis, and time management skillsAnalytical mindsetProficiency in English (C1 or above)Bonus Points: Experience with managing performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable ROI and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA)Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing softwareUnderstanding of financial markets
