Job Description As Marketing Manager Europe, you will align CamelBak's local and global marketing strategy across all key markets in Europe.
Work directly with the brand marketing team and the European distribution partners to guarantee cohesive campaigns across all marketing channels.
Create digital marketing strategies that build brand brand awareness and drive traffic to the DTC websites, and work closely with the Sr.
Manager, International Marketing and the International sales team to align digital efforts with the local marketing and sales strategy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Please list primary duties first) Work closely with the distribution partners in Europe to align local and global marketing strategies with a focus on cohesive marketing campaigns across all channels.
Optimize the local marketing strategies by suppoting key initatives across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Monitor the European DTC websites to ensure they are on brand and updated according to the European marketing plan.
Work closely with the DTC distribution partners to optimize website content for digital marketing, e.g.
create campaign landing pages for key products.
Oversee the performance marketing strategy and work closely with the distribution partners to optimize existing performance marketing channels.
Monitor the European social media pages and work closely with distribution partners and our global social media team to align strategy while creating locally relevant content for key markets.
Create and manage a European influencer and ambassador program.
Manage the Europe based athletes and leverage theircontent through our own channels.
Work closely with the Sr.Manager, International Markting on the allocation of the marketing budget across Europe.
Work with the European Amazon Manager to identify key marketing opportunities within the platform.
Work with the European PR Agency to optimize PR results in Europe and leverage results through all marketing channels.
Work with our distribution partners and our Event agency on the execution of specific key events across Europe.
Manage the relationship with our EU POS material vendor and steer the local POS program.
Work with the creative team to internationalize digital marketing content including the coordination of translations.
Work with the IT and legal teams during the ramp-up phase of new websites (e.g.
secure and retrieve domains).
Work closely with the Sr.
Manager, International Marketing and the International sales team to support event marketing initatives e.g.
