Every day, more than 4,000 of us are challenging what's possible and making headway to help improve outcomes.1.RESPONSIBILITIESMain responsibilities in the role are:Strategic marketingAdapt and execute tailored plans for product strategy, budget, pricing, and behavior based marketing plansDevelop country tactics based on the EMEA Franchise strategies.Conduct local market analysis, competitive intelligence, and conversion projectsAssess/ Filter/ share local business development opportunitiesCo-development/ adaptation of Cost-medico model/ Evidence generation.Deployment of Country health economic outcome storyDriving Challenger Marketing methodology for the countryNPI/ Lifecycle managementExecute collection of local VoC/market insightsExecute KOL engagement when neededProvide input on NPIs and lifecycle management specific to countryExecute NPIs discontinuation plansDefine reimbursement strategies/ needs within each countryIdentify country market access needsCommercial Support and ExecutionMarket expertise of the countrySupport sales team and commercial partners through field visits to key customersAccount targeting based on the country tacticsProvide input on regional financial plansManage local OpEx budgetsKey inputs on revenue targets/ country with KPIsProvide product and technical support to the fieldContribute to bids tender managementMed Eduction and Sales EducationProvide input on training topics and frequencyOversee material translations and deploymentDefine country OpEx budget local programs for MedEdEngage country KOLs networksOwnership of MedEd (national resident programs) compliance processSales education in-country trainings according to SalesEd plans2.AUTHORITIESAuthorities are related to local budget management and leadership on local eventsQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE INTERPERSONAL SKILLS LANGUAGERelevant educational background (MBA in Marketing, Management, Economics, etc.
