We are looking for a Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies in order to drive performances and improve the brands' market shares.
The role is responsible for the life cycle management of both prescription and food supplement products of the entire Company's portfolio in addition to evaluate the sustainability of new opportunities in alignment with the Corporate guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep constantly up to date on pharma market knowledge, noting competitors campaigns and launches Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions, either in-house or managing external agencies/partners.
Act as a key member with a collaborative approach of a cross-functional team (Medical, Commercial, Sales,Regulatory), in driving a credible and tailored development of the value proposition both on HCP and end-users.
Design unique and specific campaigns to achieve the highest market share for products in focus and identify synergies at market level to optimize utilisation of promotional budget Plan, monitor and manage in complete autonomy marketing budget and sales forecast of each brands on a monthly basis, constantly monitoring inventory levels including liaison with Supply Dep.
to ensure supply timelines.
Run in complete autonomy business analysis (turnover, margins, IQVIA sales, competitors, prescriptions, etc.)
and develop complete business cases (50% of total activity) Create, propose and implement impactful marketing and communication strategies, with a specific focus on digital tools, supporting business operations and successful launches through the effective involvement of the Salesforce Conceptualize and oversee the design of promotional materials; Coordinate and liaise with healthcare professionals, KOLs and hospitals for SWOT analysis and market research, also attending to pharma events; Closely liaise with the fieldforce, providing them with the necessary technical expertise, the promotional materials (digital and traditional), the relevant clinical papers as well as new developments regarding the competitors or their products Interact closely with the commercial teams in the affiliate to ensure optimal execution/roll-out of marketing plans SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical market together with understanding of market research methods and analysis and customer engagement logics Top-notch written and verbal communication skills Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset Proven social media management skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Comfortable with numbers, large data set and numerical análisis WE OFFER YOU: Potential to advance your career within a growing organization, recognized as a leader in its industry.
