Marketing Internship - Core Diagnostics JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Internship at CoreDx Purpose of the Job: Provide essential administrative support for business and marketing activities within the CoreDx Division.
Serve as a liaison between intra-divisional teams (Sales & Education, Sales Force) and extra-divisional teams (Corporate/Global Marketing, EMEA Marketing & Training).
Efficiently organize scientific round tables, meetings, events, marketing campaigns, congresses, and workshops to meet the needs of both external and internal stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement scientific and marketing programs.
Coordinate congresses, events, and promotional activities.
Manage consultancy contracts with healthcare professionals (HCPs), sponsorship agreements, and educational grants, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
Attend events as required.
Adhere to Abbott OEC (Office of Ethics and Compliance) guidelines for marketing promotions.
Assist in translating educational promotional materials from English to Italian.
Education and Competencies: A university degree is a prerequisite.
Proficiency in English (especially written communication) at a B2 level and fluent Italian.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
Demonstrated proactivity, stress resistance, and effective time management.
Ability to multitask and solve problems.
