Marketing Internship CoreDxPurpose of the job:· Administrative support on business and marketing activities in the CoreDx Division, providing intra divisional (i.e Sales&Education, Sales Force, etc) and Extra Divisional (i.e Corporate/Global Mktg, EMEA Mktg & Training), interface· Help to carrying out the organization of planned scientific round tables, meetings and events, marketing activities and campaigns, congresses and workshop, ensuring an efficient service to external and internal customers.Role and responsibilities:· Support the implementation of Scientific and Marketing Programs, congresses activities, internal and external events in cooperation with Mktg Dept.· Help on administrative support Marketing and Sales Teams: set up and monitor consultancy contracts with HCP,s , sponsorship agreements and educational grants, assuring compliance with HCC,Quality,Regulatory and finance procedures.· Attend events if required· Support to ensure that Abbott OEC Procedures are followed on Marketing promo activities· Support translation of educational promo materials from English into ItalianEducation and competencies:· University Degree· Very good knowledge of English, especially written (at least B2)· Proficiency with Microsoft Office· Good relationship skills and attitude at teamworking· Personal Involvement and Proactivity· Stress Resistance and time management skills· Multi tasking approach and problem solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
