Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) Marketing knowledge and practical experience Ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges Loves working in a team Agile mindset and can-do attitude Responsibilities Understanding of marketing performance metrics, working with KPIs and understanding how to set KPI targets Media planning, social media management Strategic planning for 2-3 months Creating campaigns and development strategies Handle multiple touch-points & channels such as paid ads, native marketing, email marketing, event etc.
Content marketing and community growth Design, plan, execute and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, implementing changes where necessary to optimizing revenues.
Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary and recommendations.
