The Rome Business School is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Alumni team in the most international business school in Italy.
The successful candidate will collaborate with different teams and play a crucial role in generating insights through data analysis and translating complex and large amounts of information into clear, engaging, and impactful presentations that support informed decision-making. If you have a knack for research, strong organizational skills, and a creative flair for presentation, this role is perfect for you.
Main tasks and Responsibilities:Intelligence Development: Assist in developing and improving intelligence activities, including conducting competitor research to benchmark institutional performance against peer organizations.Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and synthesize internal and external data to generate insights that contribute to recommendations and informed decision-making. This includes identifying trends and patterns that can inform institutional strategies.Visual Presentation Creation: Create clear and accurate visual presentations in PowerPoint, translating ideas, complex information, and project progress into eye-catching slides and visual stories which convey key insights, project highlights and updates, and performance metrics in a simple but impactful manner. This involves crafting new slides, editing existing materials, enhancing content, and proofreading all documents to ensure they meet our quality standards.Collaboration: Partner with other team members to understand their needs, offer solutions, collaborate on projects, and brainstorm ideas together. This collaborative approach will enhance the quality of presentations and insights generated.Time management: Manage multiple tasks at the same time while meeting deadlines and quality standards.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Italian and English (B2 level or equivalent).Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and solid typing skills.Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and drive for continuous improvement.Strong design sensibility with an eye for aesthetics in presentation layouts. It is a plus if you have the ability to use tools like Canva, Prezi, Adobe Creative Cloud.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across teams.Openness to give and receive feedback.Experience in design or graphics-related studies/employment is an advantage but is not required.
