The role is responsible for executing the category purchasing process within the Marketing & Exhibits procurement department.
This involves managing the end-to-end purchase-to-pay processes based on sourcing and purchasing priorities, creating and processing orders accurately and timely. The role will be involved in sourcing and supplier management following company best practice, with the aim of targeting price, time, and delivery quality.
Main Responsibilities Support the respective category manager in the day-to-day execution of supplier sourcing and contracting, managing processes and daily orders.Manage the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process according to the sourcing and purchasing priorities, corporate governance, and risk management.Create and process purchase orders timely, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures, verifying specifications, quantities, and prices.Manage supplier contracts in coherence with corporate rules.Monitor suppliers' activities according to performance KPIs and company rules.Continuously scout the market to find products complying with business competitiveness & sustainability.Requirements Degree in Economics or Engineering.At least 2 years in similar roles (indirect procurement).Fluent in English and Italian.IT system knowledge and interest.Procurement Management.What next?
