POSITION SUMMARY Marketing Executive activities Perform daily marketing activities under the guidance of the Marketing Director, as detailed below: Assist in refining and executing the marketing plan. Engage in brand management activities, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across various channels and materials, maintaining brand integrity in daily operations. Collaborate with the social media agency, ensuring adherence to the content calendar; handle campaign briefs; coordinate graphic content and scheduling; provide additional support as needed. Work with the PR/Press agency, supporting daily PR/Press requests; coordinate guest stays and F&B experiences, as well as press trips; collaborate with the events team for event coordination; provide related support as needed. Assist in managing suppliers for marketing materials and collaterals. Support digital activities, managing daily requests from the digital team; conduct quarterly audits of digital channels; support merchandising strategies on digital channels and related campaigns. Coordinate daily marketing activities with various departments (Sales, Food & Beverage, Finance, Rooms, Revenues) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall hotel objectives, including the creation of support materials. Support content strategy activities (photo shoots, video shoots), from planning to execution and delivery. Coordinate and execute partnership activities. Manage procurement of marketing materials and activities with suppliers, monitoring the budget breakdown to ensure alignment with the plan. Handle reporting activities and coordinate reports from external agencies. Provide additional support to the director as needed to ensure the achievement of the hotel's objectives. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
