POSITION SUMMARY Marketing Executive activities Perform daily marketing activities under the guidance of the Marketing Director, as detailed below:
• Assist in refining and executing the marketing plan.
• Engage in brand management activities, ensuring the adherence to brand guidelines across various channels and materials, maintaining brand integrity in daily operations.
• Collaborate with the social media agency, ensuring adherence to the content calendar; handle campaign briefs; coordinate graphic content and scheduling; provide additional support as needed.
• Work with the PR/Press agency, supporting daily PR/Press requests; coordinate guest stays and F&B experiences, as well as press trips; collaborate with the events team for event coordination; provide related support as needed.
• Assist in managing suppliers for marketing materials and collaterals.
• Support digital activities, managing daily requests from the digital team; conduct quarterly audits of digital channels; support merchandising strategies on digital channels and related campaigns.
• Coordinate daily marketing activities with various departments (Sales, Food&Beverage, Finance, Rooms, Revenues) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall hotel objectives, including the creation of support materials.
• Support content strategy activities (photo shoots, video shoots), from planning to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate and execute partnership activities.
• Manage procurement of marketing materials and activities with suppliers, monitoring the budget breakdown to ensure alignment with the plan.
• Handle reporting activities and coordinate reports from external agencies.
• Provide additional support to the director as needed to ensure the achievement of the hotel's objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
