Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, aligned with overall business objectives. Define market segments, identify opportunities and establish measurable objectives for the marketing team. Team Management: Lead and supervise a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, including specialists in digital marketing, communications, branding, events, among others. Foster the professional development of the team and ensure effective collaboration among members. Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve established objectives. Plan short and long term marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring consistency with the overall company strategy. Brand Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring it is communicated effectively across all channels and touch points. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO, online advertising, content marketing and other digital initiatives. Analytics and Measurement: o Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics by tracking relevant KPIs and analyzing data. Use the information gathered to make continuous adjustments and improvements to the marketing strategy. Requirements Previous experience in marketing roles with progression into leadership positions. Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (preferred). In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
