We look for someone who lives the core values of Haier's attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers, and IoT Ecosystem thinking.What you will do:The Marketing Director is responsible for managing the marketing communication plan and new product launches for the local market, in line with the implementation of our multi-brand strategy.Activities and areas of responsibility:COMMUNICATION MARKETING PLANPrepare the three-year plan and the annual marketing plan to develop, monitor, and keep competitive the current Group product and commercial strategy and improve the profitability of product lines in scope.Drive product launches, activation of marketing communication strategy.Develop all in-store executions.Manage social and digital plans.Coordinate PR activities towards the press and consumers.Develop consumer promo activities to maximize sell-out.Develop and implement Brand strategy.PRODUCT LAUNCH PREPARATIONTailoring of general product presentations to market/customers' needs.Brief and develop Sales Support material with local Trade Marketing.Support local trade marketing in product presentations.BUDGET AND PRICINGDirectly support the business for the budget definition for product lines in scope (modeling, volumes, etc.)
in compliance with the medium-long term targets to support the Price Index Target.MARKET AND COMPETITION ANALYSISIdentify the emerging needs of customers and consumers in the relevant sector ahead of the competition.Monitor market trends of other product categories to identify new trends and to optimize or suggest possible new development opportunities.Set up studies and researches aimed at maximizing the achievement of the targets defined by the development plan of the product lines in scope.What you need to succeed:EducationDegree in Economics or Marketing.Professional ExperienceAt least 10-year experience in product marketing (experience within durable goods market is strongly appreciated).International experience.LanguagesFluent in English and Italian.Preferred Competences SkillsInfluencing skills.Understanding of organizational processes.Familiar with matrix organizations.People management and leadership.Experience in handling change management processes.Organization and planning.Interpersonal skills.Being confident within a varied and strongly international context.Market Interaction.Exceptional communication skills (public speaking skills).OtherAvailability for transfers/business travels.Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
