The Marketing Director plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of our law firm with a focus on Estate Planning and Real Estate. You serve as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the law firm.
Responsibilities Works with administration for setup of CRM management systemResponsible for maintenance and tracking of CRM and project management softwareStay on top of industry best practices and emerging strategies to keep the brand marketing relevant through compelling creative and messagingAssisting with the content and/or design, negotiation, and placement of traditional media adsProduction of brand and promotional materialCreating content providing search engine optimization (SEO) for the websiteWorking closely with our current website developer to maintain high-ranking SEO, Google Ads, and page content, and provide analytic reportsMonitoring and managing social mediaEmail newsletter and event communications to clientsOverseeing outside vendors and agencies, these may include graphic design or ad agencies, print vendors, Web providers, etc.Produce design and/or content of internal communications or marketing materialsCoordinate all logistics for client events and educational seminars; may include collaboration with other business partnersCreates, plans manages, and leads the execution of various community outreach networkingNetworking with potential partners; real estate agents, CPA, Insurance, etc.Manages Marketing and Event budgeting and results in analysisQualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or a minimum of 3 years of marketing/event planning experienceExperience in paid search, content marketing, and social media marketingMust be educated on the use of computers, CRM, and project management softwareProficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of Adobe Suites and/or CanvaAbility to professionally present promotional materials to prospective customersProven dynamic leadership and project management skills.
