Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: As a Customer Solution Manager, you'll oversee designing our core Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) assets' strategy, based on a complete understanding of CRM diseases' interconnection & burden. You will also explore, propose and implement marketing activities through effective management of all available channels, as well as of added-value solutions for our Customers, in line with compliance culture and current regulations. For this position we offer an initial undefinite contract with external agency (indeterminato in somministrazione) Tasks & Responsibilities Oversight full Integrated Asset Plans' design and deployment, ensuring cross-functional convergence. Observe and understand the overall customer journey gathering feedback through every point of contact to build optimized contents, campaigns and services  Collaborate with Business Intelligence to assure forecast accuracy, managing all relavant key performance indicators Collaborate with Medical Affairs to foster collaboration with Top Opinion Leaders and Scientific Societies. Create promotional tools and activities within the time established for the promotional cycle of the products. Develop and implement the activities necessary for the launch of new products.  Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Master degree in Economics or Scientific Degree Native level of Italian and Fluent level of English language Advanced communication and influencing skills Project management and execution skills Business acumen with product management expertise Strategy development and innovative mindset This job requisition is addressed also for candidates with disabilities and belonging to protect categories following articles 1 and 18, Law 68/99.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
