Make your mark for patients We are looking for a "Marketing Coordinator" to join us in our Immunology team for a fixed term duration, based in our affiliate, in Milan, Italy.
About the role The "Marketing Coordinator" is accountable for the coordination of all elements of the marketing plan.
This exciting new role has opened to support the entire portfolio in the area with a focus on a new therapy recently launched.
Who you'll work with You will report to the Franchise Head Dermatology and partner closely with the local teams and external stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions for the patients and the ecosystems.
What you'll do Coordinate the Marketing team that deals with the derma portfolio (PSO-PsA and HS).
Collaborate with the wider dermatology team to create an aligned approach to the dermatology portfolio.
Coordinate the localization of centrally developed EU solutions for Italy and lead the implementation of local solutions in line with local opportunities and challenges, drivers and competitive dynamics.
Oversee the creation and development of materials and content, understanding and anticipating impact in the derma portfolio.
Understand trends and competitors through market research and interpretation of market insights.

For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills: Bachelors' degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required At least 5 years' experience in marketing within the healthcare industry Understanding of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines Proven cross functional project team's leadership Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications skills (both in Italian and English) Capability to communicate effectively and to choose the relevant channels to perform it Comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution Experience in Dermatology market is considered a plus Are you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients?
