Job Description As a Marketing Coordinator, your role will be to support the efforts of the Account Services team.
This position includes two phases of growth and provides a pathway into a career within the Account Services.
In phase one, you will learn all about the pharma world, starting with building a strong knowledge base around legal and regulatory submissions and learning nuances of tactics, screenshots, documentation, and client systems.
In the second phase, you will build a strong foundation learning agency process, meeting management, written and verbal communication, asset routing, internal systems, and timelines .
Next, you will gain autonomy and learn to manage projects and build internal and client relationships .
Each phase builds the knowledge needed to be a successful marketer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support various teams with project submissions that are flawless, on time, and efficient Support the Account teams via completion of project documentation, project routing, and client meetings/conference reports Begin to develop client relationships and trust Plays a key role in adherence to agency process and implementation of best practices Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising , with a strong understanding of digital marketing, media and technology preferred Proficient with business software (e.g., MS Office) and online tools Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills ; with an ability to work in a team environment Superior attention to detail Flexible , able to work in an ever-changing environment and possess a positive, can-do attitude Works harmoniously with the team A proactive thinker and self-starter Native/ fluent English a must, additional languages welcome PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's and/or master's degree ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway At least 6 months experience in a similar role in the industry Additional Information Patient Minded I act with the patient's best interest in mind.
