We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help grow our client base and strengthen the community's awareness of our services.
Your goal will be to ensure that more people in need of home care services can access the high-quality support we offer.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for: Creation, publishing and management of content for our social media platforms, both paid and organic.
Support and collaborate with the franchise owners on their social and digital content.
Assist in developing annual marketing programs and managing social media investment in line with budgets.
Support franchise offices with branded content and maintain brand guidelines with content product specification details within systems.
Assist in preparing reports for campaign performance.
Evaluate and report on website and social platform traffic metrics.
Maintain all physical and digital brand assets including collateral and digital platforms both internal and external.
Ensure consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
Assist in managing external marketing agencies and vendor relationships.
Undertake additional duties as required by Management.
Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Tertiary degree in a relevant field is preferable.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office along with online design and publishing tools, including Canva.
Creation & Design skills: Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software.
Social media savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends.
Creative flair: Ability to think outside the box and create visually appealing and engaging content.
Copywriting skills: Excellent written communication skills to craft compelling stories.
Project Management skills: Time management and problem-solving attitude.
Team player: Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential to work effectively with our team and our customers.
Current National Police Check.
Full Driver's License.
Right to work in Australia.
Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent TAFE qualifications.
