We are looking for a talented Content & Communications specialist, passionate for technology, innovation enabled by data and who is eager to use his/her skills to contribute proactively to our vision, innovation, and our marketing & communications strategy through the management of several relevant initiatives and projects.
The Content & Communications specialist's role is to support the creation of integrated marketing & communications projects, contents and messages to build an effective storytelling aimed to position the brand and the business solutions at the best.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the Italian language and copywriting techniques together with consistent project management skills.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications, you will collaborate with the global marketing and the local sales and marketing team for the development of global and local communication projects.
Key role responsibilities: Design, build and run the Social Media editorial plan to support the brand storytelling including the copywriting Manage internal communications initiatives such as Newsletter, Intranet, Events Actively supporting the planning, logistics, and execution of owned and sponsored events Support the PR program and activities by dealing with external and internal players Support the marketing team in the organization and management of demand generation campaigns from the content perspective (digital campaigns, webinars, customer stories) Contribute to the creation of the marketing materials related to the value proposition such as power point presentations, product and solutions sheets, brochures.
Support the marketing automation activities through the CRM aimed to generate leads and reinforce the brand awareness Contribute to the implementation of employer branding initiatives Work in partnership with the Brand and Communications team and the Global marketing team to design, create and implement marketing contents and projects (e.g.
corporate communications, website, campaigns) Our ideal candidate has the following requirements.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Communications or relevant field 3-4 years work experience as a Marketing Communications specialist in multinational organizations.
Experience in the tech industry and/or in consultancy a strong plus.
High cultural background and deep knowledge of Italian language and copywriting techniques Throughout knowledge in verbal and written English (mandatory) Passioned for technology, digital innovation, data & analytics Experience in managing a range of communication assets to build an effective storytelling (videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, web blogs) Experience with visual communication principles, quality content generation Familiarity with content management systems Excellent analytical and project management skills, with ability/attitude to drive projects in a proactive and "supervised autonomy" perspective An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Skilled in presentation creation with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
Skilled in developing clear communications objectives in the form of project briefs.
A real team player and good communicator, able to interact with different functional entities Attention to detail.
