About the department:The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and creating comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience.
Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.As Marketing Communication Specialist (Position) you will:The Marketing Communication Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Communication Section Manager.Build the brand and drive sales in the local market by working closely with the Marketing Communication Manager and establishing solid relations with Media Agencies, Press, local institutions, and supporting the dealer network.Key Objectives Responsibilities:Execute national advertising and PR campaigns.Implement the marketing plan, aligned with the European Marketing and PR Team.Maintain good cooperative relationships with press, media, digital influencers, etc., dock PR communication resources and channels, develop media resources, and ensure visibility of brand and product stories.Focus on content output of various media channels, and monitor public opinion.Ensure test drive facilities for Press, Media, Social media influencers, and leasing companies (STR / LTR).Actively engage and collaborate on any European event or activity as needed.Cooperate with the company's project and promote PR events and content, analyze the effect of the activities, and integrate the information feedback into the activity process.Be a brand ambassador and work always with the customer in mind.Support the department's accounting operations and signing approval documents.Assist in the production of reports for international boards.Key Results:Commercial and funnel management metrics.Sales Delivery goals.Brand Awareness Positioning.Customer Happiness.Customer engagement level.Media publicity level.Your profile:University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.Solid experience in the Automotive industry or Branded Public Relations/Communication field.3+ years of experience in roles related to PR Communication management in the Automotive business.Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.Customer-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.Resilient and open-minded.Results-oriented with the ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, motivated to get results.Effective and eloquent communication in Chinese, English, and Italian (Other European languages would be a plus).Connected with our Mission and a more sustainable Future.We offer:Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration.Health Insurance (Metasalute) and Meal Vouchers.Department company-wide teambuilding events.An exciting opportunity to be part of the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and decarbonization of the economy.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.
