She/he will gather and organize content from various people and sources, help develop clear messaging, determine campaign approach and tactics, and ensure delivery on-time and in-budget.
He/she will also manage team members, and external agencies on a project basis.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Segment Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and RD teams to create clear, compelling presentations of our capabilities, programs services, and products.Plan and manage a pipeline of projects of at least 6 months in advance.Gather content from various people and sources, develop communication messages, perform some copy writing, give clear briefings to graphic designers and external agencies, and ensure quality outcome and timely delivery.Research channels and tactics to make recommendations for how to best reach our target audience.Types of projects may include: content marketing strategy for key topics, social media campaigns, digital marketing, email campaigns, whitepapers, e-books, advertorials, web site pages on amcor.com, landing pages for campaigns, customer webinars, product catalogue and product literature, tradeshows and conferences, customer events, supporting speaking engagements for Amcor experts, developing PowerPoint presentations, as well as other activities that fall within the Marketing Communication team.Responsible for delivery of projects on-time and in-budget.Responsible for maintaining Amcor brand consistency across all communication projects.Responsible for reporting KPIs for projects/campaigns and making recommendations on improving marketing return on investment.Qualifications:6+ years communications and/or marketing experience with demonstrated success.Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, both for himself/herself and for agencies and others.Ability to work with clients on the briefing/debriefing process and translate the briefing into clear needs and key messages to guide the creation of design and copy.Storytelling and the ability to organize complex (sometimes technical information) into clear, well organized communications.Excellent copy writing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Good eye for design and an understanding of how to bring design and content together.Able to adopt a positive attitude and apply creative problem solving.Experience in using social media tools, applying SEO principles, planning digital marketing campaigns, planning and managing events such as tradeshows, webinars, and conferences.Experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot a plus.Team attitude and ability to collaborate with graphic designers, writers and other team members.
