For our Selle Royal brand team in Italy, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for the marketing strategy and the marketing plans definition, set-up and execution, in order to guarantee compelling brand positioning, strong brand equity and business results worldwide.
Could it be you?Selle Royal is our recreational cycling brand, manufacturing saddles and accessories since 1956 to make the riding experience more comfortable for urban, touring and trekking cyclists.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing the Brand Identity and Image (brand guidelines, art direction coordination, new communications projects, retail tools, publications & marketing collaterals); Market research, Consumer Target and trends analysis; Defining Global Communications medium-long term strategy and yearly plans, supervising all key activities development, through all touchpoints; Managing Global Marketing Communications Budget; Go-to-Market projects together with Product/Business Managers; Overall Content Strategy (copywriting, storytelling, visual campaigns, videos); Media & PR Strategyand activations; Special Strategic Communications Projects, focusing on co-marketing & co-branding, partnerships; YOUR SKILLS:Excellent English (a second European language is a plus); Proven Marketing & Communications expertise; Content management for premium brands; Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams; Effective communication and public speaking; Passion for cyclingand/or outdoor sports; YOUR BACKGROUND:Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; At least 5 years ofexperience in 'marketing and communications' roles in international companies with B2C brands, preferably in outdoor/sport fields.#J-18808-Ljbffr
