It is a comprehensive pharmaceutical equipment supplier to provide process support, core equipments, integrated system and pharma engineering for the pharma and biotech industry in the world. Since its foundation, Tofflon has supplied more than 9000 equipments and systems for 2000 pharmaceutical companies across over 40 countries and regions in the world which have been widely applied in the fields of liquid and Lyo injectables, chemical API, bioengineering and pharma packaging.
- Tofflon_ focuses on studying drug manufacture science and process equipment manufacture science, practices drug process knowledge integration with pharma equipment knowledge. Taking "Synergy Global Advanced Technologies" strategy, _Tofflon_ builds comprehensive development institute in Shanghai headquarters, is building design houses and technical centers in USA, Europe and India, establishes joint ventures and technology collaboration with the technical partners from USA, Europe and Japan.
- Tofflon_ dedicate itself to grow up to a total solution provider of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and engineering for the global pharma and biotech industry to contribute to the maximum benefits and welfare of society, customers, stockholders, employees and their families.
To achieve this goal and enter the European market permanently, in 2019 _Tofflon Italy_ was born. The aim is offering assistance and localized technical support to European customers.
To strengthen the internal workforce, _Tofflon Italia_ is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist.
**Accountabilities**:
**Sales**
- Conduct **market research** in Europe pharmaceutical industry to understand the needs, competitive landscape, regulations and potential partners of the local pharmaceutical market;
- Determine the positioning of the company's products in the EU market and understand the product's advantages and differentiation points in the competition;
- Share success stories and send regular newsletters with company updates to build trust and increase customers interest in company products and services;
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics and to built relationships with associations.
**Digital marketing**
- Develop a digital **marketing strategy** including promotion on social media to increase online visibility;
- Create a customized **marketing compaigns** for the European market including flyers, brochures, online advertising to increase brand awareness and track the ROI;
- Co-ordinate and organize **exhibitions and local events** in Europe with support from headquarter;
- Promote products and services during exhibitions and events;
- Co-ordinate the design of promotional material and distribution in online and offline channels.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist;
- autonomy in the use of key tools such as SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIN;
- Be willing to travel to Europe for the 30-40% of the year;
- English is a must;
- Fluent in a second language (German, French, Spanish).
**Attractive plus**:
- experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
- knowledge of the Chinese language.
**Location**:
San Pietro Mosezzo (NO), Piedmont, Italy.
**Hours**:
8:00am - 13:00pm / 14:00pm - 17:00pm. From Monday to Friday.
Weekend availability is required to attend exhibition and conferences around Europe.
**RAL**:
Up to 35K.
A permanent contract is offered.
The classification will be commensurate on the basis of the experience of the profile.
Travel allowances are provided according to a specific company policy.
When working in the office meal vouchers of €8 per working day are provided.
