We are looking for a Marketing Communication Professional , to be hired with a permanent contract in Marketing Communications within the Communications area.

Your Challenge As Marketing Communication Professional your mission will be an important role in supporting and implementing integrated marketing Communications plans designed to raise awareness, create opportunities and support sales, fueling the continuous improvement of the Siemens brand and its positioning as a Tech Company. As an integral part of a young team, the candidate will collaborate with colleagues from existing Business units in Italy (mainly Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure) strongly cooperating with other Communications functions in Italy (Executive and employees Communications, Digital) and Marketing Communications at HQ level to drive Marketing Communications activities that will deploy the appropriate strategy and tactics.
Some of the main activities will be: Integrated digital campaigns addressing customers and prospects
Marketing Communications plans
Events (physical, hybrid and digital) and trade-fairs organization and management
Content management.
In doing this, a key focus should be related to consistent activities measurement and follow-up, enhancing a complete marketing and communications funnel to be enabled and completed.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Proven experience in Marketing Communications
Proven skills in Digital and Social Marketing
Proficient digital literacy in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytic approach, sophisticated relationship skills to ensure positive interfacing with all levels of colleagues and efficiently work across all organizational collaborators.
Above average degrees of independence, initiative, personal accountability, and self-motivation.
Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results.
Excellent time management skills and a good business sense
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote/virtual team environment by delivering results in a timely manner.
Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the Marketing Communications local team, while meeting deadlines.
Attitude to never-stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
Proficiency in English and Italian
Eligibility to work in Italy and willingness to eventually travel for working purposes
