Marketing & Communication Manager

For a 4*S hotel part of a national hotel chain in the heart of Milan, we are looking for a

Marketing & Communication Manager (Hospitality) The candidate, reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director and to the General Manager of the Hotel, will be responsible for:
Assisting the Group Marketing Director in defining the new strategy and positioning of the HotelManagement of the Hotel Budget regarding Marketing activities/initiativesOrganization (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnershipsUpdating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotionsCoordination of content development and editorial plan for Hotel's social channelsCoordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaignsLocal press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations)Creation of an in-house calendar of eventsEnhancement of Marketing & Communication opportunities with Luxury Travel NetworksDefine the communication plan and calendar of events for the F&B outletsDevelop, in collaboration with the PR Director, a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents and local pressSupport the Hotel General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linkedRequirements: Previous work experience in hospitality is mandatoryProven working experience in Marketing & Communication (at least 3/4 years)Excellent writing and communication skillsExcellent leadership and strong team playerProven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeKnowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channelsKnowledge and passion for luxury and hospitality and the most popular social media platformsKnowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencersPositive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational abilityFluency in both Italian and EnglishLocation: Milan, Italy
