PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE: As a CRM & Trunk show manager, your mission is to ensure continuous improvement in the customer experience, integrating both digital and physical touchpoints.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the customer journey.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement methods, processes, and tools for monitoring Customer Experience KPIs.
Plan, execute and monitor Customer Experience improvement programs, particularly focusing on optimizing the customer journey through all the touchpoints (online and offline).
Define and coordinate customer profiling within the company, ensuring data management processes support the CRM strategy.
Collaborate with various company stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Communication, IT) to align CRM strategies with local market dynamics and customer preferences.
Monitor the KPI target evolution including recruitment and retention.
Create and organize trunk shows that are more than just sales events; they are unique platforms for our manufacturers and customers to interact, exchange ideas, and create a personalized shopping experience.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 3-4 years of experience in CRM activities.
Fluent in English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Comprehensive end-to-end view, identifying necessary improvements for effective customer experience processes.
Ability to build and grow relationships, managing communication according to the audience.
