Job Description The candidate works with marketing automation and email automation platforms to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement and maximize conversions. The candidate should create automated workflows to personalize customer/prospect journeys, delivering relevant and timely messaging across various channels. The candidate should also be able to use CRM for managing database, creating reports, and tracking all the data to measure the success of the marketing activities and the related ROI. Key Tasks / Duties Creating and executing marketing automation campaigns and workflows across platforms, and testing performance. Managing lead generation and lead nurturing, creating lead scoring rules to drive conversations, and handling customer segmentation and targeting. Collaborating with marketing and sales to ensure alignment and best practices. Utilizing data insights to define campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys. Developing and maintaining a system to track and segment prospects for targeted marketing campaigns. Troubleshooting technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and proposing solutions. Generating reports and analyzing data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts. Collecting and analyzing marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Utilizing marketing data to create insightful reports for various stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. Monitoring key performance indicators and providing regular updates on marketing effectiveness. Continuously evaluating and refining data collection and reporting processes. Interpreting and presenting data findings clearly and concisely for non-technical stakeholders. Minimum Requirements 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation positions. Proven experience in planning, implementing, and executing marketing automation campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of the software sector is a plus. Proven experience/skills in Marketo or similar tools. Proven experience in data analysis tools. Solid understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance measurement. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong drive for creation, coordination, and implementation of action plans. Results-oriented person. Good time management skills, able to prioritize activities. Strong teamwork skills showing ability to collaborate within different colleagues, departments, subsidiaries, and Corporate. Data Interpreter and Statistical Analyst.
