Marketing Assistant & Data Analyst

Job Title: Marketing Assistant & Data Analyst The role of Marketing Assistant & Data Analyst must support Strategic Marketing actions, dedicating to the use of tracking, archiving, and analysis systems of data acquired from customers in different markets, in order to direct product development and sales development decisions in the most correct way.
Main Responsibilities Know the marketing data obtained through company information archiving and tracking systems;Apply models and analysis tools for data generated by tracking systems in order to support marketing decisions;Support the preparation and performance of presentations necessary to explain and disseminate internally, and in a controlled manner, the acquired data;Monitor initiatives aimed at customers in order to identify and study in depth the information relating to successful outcomes, critical issues, and areas for improvement.Main Activities Use the company CRM system to study, verify, and complete information regarding customers, prospects, applications, outlet sectors, price list, installed base, and competition;Analyze data from different sources and in different formats, in order to prepare and conduct presentations within the company, in a repeatable and comparable manner;Analyze sales data to determine the potential of an area, the effectiveness of a campaign, and identify possible areas for improvement;Follow up on initiatives aimed at customers, through data analysis and proactive comparison with the sales force, with the aim of guaranteeing follow-up, collecting feedback, and increasing the success rate.Note: It is important to underline that in each job description the information provided is necessarily synthetic and focused on the main objectives envisaged by the position; in the normal course of work, it is necessary to provide for integration with tasks, activities, and responsibilities that have a logical relevance and correlation to the description and information expressed.
