Main Activities And Responsibilities Social Media Management: Build and execute social media strategy through continuous interaction with the partner agencies and the marketing teams. Be constantly updated on the latest social media trends and outcomes.LinkedIn & HR Projects: Running recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn in coordination with Air Dolomiti departments.Web Listening & Analytics: Utilizing social media analytics and monitoring tools to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement.Community Coordination: Collaborating with specific community groups (Cabin Crew, Pilots, Spotters) to foster strong relationships.Content Creation: Supporting photo and video shooting.Collaboration with Partners: Working with external and Group team partners to execute social projects and contribute to community impact.Event Coordination: Leading and supporting team events organized by the ENergy team, fostering team spirit and company culture. Key Requirements & Competencies Strong project management skills.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Passion for marketing and communication tools, with a focus on social media.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Excellent skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with monitoring and social media analytics tools.A strong understanding of community building and engagement.A highly motivated individual, structured and organized, excellent at working and delivering against deadlines.Team Player.
