**What will you do?
**
- Develop and maintain data integrations, reports and dashboards for various Marketing channels and Campaigns.
- Responsible for gathering and prioritizing information to design and develop advance analytics using the digital marketing data stream.
- Integrate various data sources to drive operational reporting and support analytics back end processes.
- Develop analytics and dashboards illustrating effectiveness of Marketing use cases.
- Maintain and govern portions of Analytics tools and foundational systems.
- Support or develop analysis of ongoing and ad-hoc marketing performance queries.
- Detail technical tasks required for planning and propose ways to improve efficiency.
- Design solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively, bringing business and IT together by understanding the needs and limitations of both.
**How will you get there?
**
- Strong academic understanding of Analytics concepts, process, and tool sets
- Strong experience in framing recommendations based on analysis.
- Experience in developing algorithms and using industry tool sets.
- Hands on expertise in data engineering and reporting using one or more (PowerBI, Alteryx, R, Python) and basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.

**Education and Experience**
- Undergraduate degree with 2 years of relevant work experience focused on analytics, economics and/or marketing areas.
