We are looking for a passionate, talented, and proactive "Campaign Management Specialist" to join the Campaign Management VBI Squad team.You will drive the implementation of VBI SoHo & SME Customer Value Management strategy across the local market through analysis, define target, delineate configuration of all campaigns on inbound and outbound of Churn Prevention, Cross&Up-selling on all channels (Agencies, Dealer, Call Center, CVM and Web).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership: • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns generating revenue uplift & churn reduction on customers, margin enhancement, improving NPS• Work with VBI Sales, CVM Marketing, Big Data, Channel strategy and Customer Operations teams in order to ensure full alignment on campaign's requirements and customer experience with standard excellent quality (zero defects)• Design, develop and implement segmentation strategies to personalise CVM campaigns and improve consumer engagement• Monitors and refine campaign's outcomes throughout customer's lifecycle process and raises risks and mitigations to leadership to ensure channels honor its commitments Core competencies, knowledge and experience: • Analytical skills• Ability to analyse data with business lenses• Very good relational skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders & strong influencing • Good knowledge of CRM & Marketing Campaign• Good knowledge of SQL or programming language related to data analysis • Preferred of SAS knowledge• Preferred knowledge of Marketing Automation platform like Unica Campaign Vodafone is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised and rewarded.
