Director of Europass SRL - Marketing and Product Development We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for creating both video and written content in Italian and English.
This role requires someone who can not only produce engaging content but is also willing to put themselves in front of the camera, showing authenticity and actively engaging with our community.
Key Responsibilities: Creation and management of bilingual (Italian and English) video and written content, with a particular emphasis on videos where the candidate will also be the protagonist.
Management of a multichannel content production, ensuring content is optimized and effectively distributed across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Close collaboration with teachers, students, and the marketing team to generate content ideas that reflect the mission and values of our schools.
Independent development of an editorial plan, identifying themes and content to attract and engage our target audience.
Management of two newsletters (Europass ILS and Europass TA), reaching over 100,000 subscribers.
Writing and editing blog content and managing social media, which collectively engage hundreds of thousands of people.
Website content management through WordPress.
Planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and collaborating with key influencers in our sector to increase visibility and engagement.
Required Qualifications: Excellent communication and writing skills in both Italian and English.
Experience in video production, including the ability to appear on camera.
Solid skills in using WordPress and Mailchimp.
Strong competence in managing multichannel content, with an excellent understanding of the specific dynamics of each platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Ability to work independently in organizing tasks and responsibilities, while being part of a young, dynamic marketing team of 4–5 members.
Summary: Brands : Europass Teacher Academy, Europass Italian Language School, and other network brands.
Minimum Salary : €1,600 gross (13 months) + approximately €150 net in monthly benefits.
Location : Central Florence.
Availability : Full-time; part-time applications will also be considered.
