What you will do
The market research specialist scope is to bring to life Haier Europe's mantra "Zero Distance to Consumer" by managing and conducting a wide range of multi-country projects to support product innovation, go-to-market and customer experience. In this position, she/he will work closely with the European Product Line Marketing teams as well as with the Brand, IOT, Design and Digital teams.
In particular:
- Supervise and execute all phases of market research studies carried out both with the support of external agencies and completely in house- Collect and prepare briefing, project design, methodology selection, questionnaire and moderation guide preparation, programming, analysis, report writing and presentation;- Collaborate with external agencies and partners;- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders;- Manage research budget;- Occasionally run desk analysis;
What you need to succeed
Must have:
- Knowledge of different type of researches: idea screening, concept tests, design tests, pricing tests, conjoint analysis, U&A, segmentations, claim tests, pre and post campaign tests, marketing & media effectiveness studies, NPS, customer satisfaction, UI/UX tests, etc.- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities;- Strong analytic skills- Good project management and planning skills- A proven track record of turning data into insights and actionable recommendations- Able to connect the dots with info coming from different sources- Advanced with Excel and PowerPoint- Familiar with survey building tool such as Getfeedback, SurveyMonkey, Toluna, etc.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis and digital analytics;
**Education**:
Degree in Marketing or Economics or Statistics
Languages:
Fluent in English and Italian
Soft skills:
Self-Motivated and proactive, team working spirit, good communicator
