We are currently looking for an student who wants to do an internship in our Brand Market Research team, based in Milan.
The person will support us conducting research & brand strategy projects, from set-up to final results.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Integrate different sources of data, including quantitative and secondary data
- Analyse findings and writing reports
- Moderate focus groups, individual interviews, online communities
- Support on set up and facilitate workshops
- Develop discussion guides and draw up desk research
- Work closely and build collaborative relationships within the team and all the players involved in the project management
- Collaborate with other team members where needed and know where to find reference material and support
- Start to build positive client relationships that enable project success and impact through positive, professional and organized interactions
- Show curiosity and interest to ensure continued understanding of Client's business, priorities, and objectives
- Develop a keen understanding of client business strategy and how Kantar/our tools can contribute
QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for an open-minded and passionate team member, with a can-do attitude and eager to learn new things.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail/accuracy
- Insight generation skills
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Italian
- Outstanding communication skills & Questioning/clarification skills
- Interest in working with data
- Interest in marketing and brands
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Positive, flexible and proactive attitude, open to create, explore new topics and approaches, desire to learn and progress
- Team player
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Market Research project process and Market Research Industry
