**MARKET INTELLINGENCE SPECIALSIT**
Within the **Home Care Division's Business Intelligence team**, our **Market Intelligence Specialist** is responsible of monitoring **key market trend**s, **developing data presentation tools** (mainly through MS Power BI) and **providing relevant insights to the Sales Team and Senior Management**, enabling confident commercial and strategic decisions in terms of new customers / markets identification, and product portfolio and internal capabilities development, ultimately fostering the success of Business Development initiatives and of the Division's Long Range Plan targets across geographies.
- Responsibilities_
- Leveraging on market data available from our subscription tools and from independent analysis, the role is in charge of **monitoring key end market trends primarily within the Home Care industry**, in collaboration with the Product Intelligence Specialist, making sure that all relevant insights are easily available for the Sales Team and Senior Management.
- Define and coordinate specific **market deep-dive reports**, based on a proactive identification of Business Development needs and in response to ad-hoc requests, merging all key external and internal dimensions of analysis (i.e.
players, competitors, product categories, ongoing opportunities, etc.)
in order to assess the target market and identify opportunities for the Home Care division to expand.
- ** Design and manage consistent data elaboration and presentation tools** (Intranet area, PBI, Teams, etc.)
to enable fast data analysis, both to the benefit of internal and external stakeholders.
Specifically, acts as the point of reference within the Business Intelligence team for the maintenance and upgrade of our Microsoft Power BI dashboards, focusing both on market and internal business data, ultimately supporting in the assessment of the coherence of our sales performance against the overall market evolution.
- Requirements:_
- **Fluency in English is a prerequisite**:
- ** University degree in Business Administration or Economics or Social Sciences**; Master's in marketing as a plus
- ** 2/3 years of experience** in data analysis, preferably in the sales / market trend department within consumer good multinationals
- ** Strong analytical and critical thinking skills**
**Outstanding effective presentation and communication capabilities**
**Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI**:
