The Market Director is part of the Customers & Markets function and reports directly to the Chief Regional Officer.
With a director level of experience, the Market Director is responsible for leading, supervising, and ensuring optimal performance within their assigned market, fully aligned with the Group's strategic vision and objectives.
This includes driving operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and increasing market share and revenue growth.
Through strategic oversight, market insights, and a commitment to performance excellence, the Market Director serves as a pivotal force in realizing the Group's growth ambitions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Implement the Group strategy and governance and ensure the optimal performance of the Market in line with the Group's strategies and governance, maximizing turnover and margins; 2.
Ensure the adoption of the Group's governance and compliance rules, guaranteeing adherence to the Group's ethical standards and policies; 3.
Monitor business activities under the guidance of the Chief Regional Officer, reporting market performance in periodic Business Reviews and coordinating annual budget activities; 4.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing with the support of the Group and offer support to Human Resources and Finance following the Group's KPIs.

Collaborate with the Customer Care and Sales Directors to lead the services and sales processes, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS: MSc/MA in Business Management/Economics or relevant field Proven experience in leadership roles, including as a General Manager or similar executive role (cross-functional team, P&L management etc.)
Significant experience in a multinational/international group Strategic understanding of business processes and functions Strong analytical ability and financial acumen Knowledge of strategic partners in sectors of reference and market trends is a plus Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
Excellent leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
