Market Development Engineer specializing in IP&E technologies (Interconnect, Passive, and Electromechanical)
You will determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful, comprehensive solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within the associated Arrow Vertical Market / Business segment. The MDE will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy in assigned markets or business segments. The MDE will serve as a conduit between the various Arrow & Supplier business units and functional organizations to lead, develop and implement successfully technology + commercial programs leading to sales and profit growth within this assigned market/business segment.
What will you be doing?
You will specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated Vertical.
You will own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment.
Conduct business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned market.

What are we looking for?
Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management - must have. Experience in IP&E. Experience in engineering and business strategy – market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis) - must have. Strong sales skills. Full driving license and readiness for business travel - must have.
