Market Analyst Intern

Job Description
The candidate will work within Market Intelligence Solution, especially covering the area of Consumer Research by gfknewron, working with retailers of Tech & Durables and FMCG market. After a training period, he/she/they will support performing the following activities:

- Work with Leads and Colleagues translating client briefings into analysis & presentations
- Support to create & deliver high quality insights that meet the needs of our clients
- Build and maintain contacts with commercial team (internal clients) and support them on their daily activities
- Collaborate with operation departments (local and international) to ensure data quality.
The candidate will follow training courses dedicated to Consumer Intelligence Solution interns, learning methodology, services and products.
The core of the function lies in the supporting our Consultants in analyzing Consumers' behaviors and the purchase journey, preparing presentations and discovering of trends and actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Statistics (completed)
- Basic knowledge of market research and eager to learn
- Good computer skills especially in Excel and Powerpoint and open to learn internal GfK systems
- Adequate English language skills to communicate with international colleagues (oral and written)
- Client-centric, have an eye for detail and high-quality standards
